Ship leaders must bite the bullet and make difficult decisions promptly to mitigate risks and ensure the best possible outcome.
For example, if a fire breaks out on board, the ship’s leaders must quickly assess the situation and decide whether to activate emergency protocols, evacuate the vessel, or initiate firefighting measures.
